On November 13th from 9:00 a.m. In the Telefonica Foundation Auditorium, the First South American Colloquium on Visible Light Communications will be held, organized by the Department of Electrical Engineering of the University of Santiago of Chile. The purpose of the colloquium is to explore the state of the art in the field of telecommunications, in addition to knowing the new global trends in research and application with international guests.
